Bachelors Business Administration or equivalent 16 years education from any reputable Institute duly recognized from HEC. Candidates having higher qualification or foreign degrees may be given preference.

Experience:

A Minimum of 05 years of relevant post qualification experience in HR. Management, Payrolls or Recruitments or Organizational Developments or Change Management, Candidates having experience in power sector of Pakistan or a Regulatory organization will be given preference.

Bachelors (Electrical Engineering) or equivalent 16 years education from a routable university or Institute recognized by HEC. Candidates having higher qualification or foreign degree be given preference. Candidates must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).

Experience:

A minimum of 05 years of relevant post qualification experience in Power Sector of Pakistan. Candidates having relevant post-qualification experience of the Power Sector/DISCOs, Regulatory Authority and adjudication be given preference.
